Shipping and Delivery Information

Order times 

All orders with standard shipping will be despatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. For express deliveries, orders must be placed by midday 12pm to be despatched on the same business day. 

Orders are despatched from our Prahran warehouse, Victoria, Australia.

Delivery times ;

For Standard shipping, we ship via the Australia Post regular service with full tracking. For Express shipping, we ship via the Australia Post express service with full tracking. 

Express orders placed before midday AEST are despatched same business, otherwise the next business day. All standard orders are despatched within 2 business days*. 

Once you have placed your order, you can use the Australia Post tracking sent to you by email to check the location of your parcel. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery within Australia.

The customer is liable for any duties, taxes and/or regulatory fees levied on the shipments by the destination country regulatory authorities. For more information on whether any fees or duties will be imposed on your purchase, please contact your local customs office.
