Free Shipping?

We offer free shipping Australia wide on orders over $100.

How long does delivery take?

For Standard shipping, we ship via the Australia Post regular service with full tracking. For Express shipping, we ship via the Australia Post express service with full tracking. 

Express orders are dispatched same business day* for orders placed before midday. All standard orders are dispatched within 2 business days*. 

When will I receive my order?

You can use the Australia Post tracking sent to you by email to check the location of your parcel. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery within Australia.

Return/Exchange?

Yes! we offer 30 day returns and exchanges from the date you received your goods. Postage fees to be covered by the customer. 

Faulty or damaged item? 

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item (we take our checking and quality very seriously), we request that you take a photo and email us with the details as soon as possible. If warranted, and upon return of the faulty item, we will gladly refund or replace your item.

What is the composition of Hana Bamboo clothing?

95% Bamboo Viscose and 5% Elastane. We use the highest percentage of Bamboo in our range ensuring the best quality, durability and silky softness that customers deserve. No diluting, no fillers.

Hana Bamboo is owned and designed by our small local family in Gippsland, Victoria. We're passionate about bamboo fabric and creating clothes that feel amazing and look great. Our products are proudly made by a trusted manufacturer in China who shares our commitment to quality. We've partnered with them for four years to develop the best range for you. Their facility and team are regularly audited to meet the highest international and local standards for ethical practices and worker safety.
